Useless, not secure for travel.
The red/green side button that locks the compartments is too easy to accidentally press, causing unexpected openings. Since I have 11 different pills for each day, I can't risk having several compartments open in my suitcase (even in a Ziploc) because I'd still have to sort them again. To secure it, use a piece of gift wrap tape on a basic pill box. Not easy to open
