    Good

    Easy to open packaging. Good value for the money. Helps me sleep better at night. Not much more to say. Does what it's supposed to do and is advertised

    Great to take before bed

    This is the first time I have tried a magnesium supplement. Packaging was easy to open. The size of the pills are intimidating, but I was able to swallow them without a problem. I took these before bed, and it did result in a restful sleep and helped me feel at ease. Would recommend!

    Sleeping better and enjoying the relaxation!

    I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I can definitely feel the benefits they provide. I take them before bed and I definitely feel more relaxed and sleep better. Cant quantify the bone or heart health, but I really enjoy them. The only reason they are not 5 stars is because they are so big and kind of scary to swallow.

    Anxiety gone!

    I started taking this at night and it's helped calm me down tremendously. I have anxiety and I noticed this has helped a lot. I get great sleep at night and wake up refreshed in the morning. I'll definitely be buying more

    Large pills

    These are like any magnesium supplement I've tried. However if you're not keen on large pills, the size might make you gag. They are very large. It's not an issue for me but some people may struggle with swallowing them!

    Very large pill

    Nice solid packaging. I wish the pills were smaller. I got one down, and that was as much as I could do. Had a not great smell. Value for what you get is good. I can't really say to how effective it is as I did not make it past one pill due to the size

    Good value, waiting for benefits

    I've been taking for a few weeks consistently and I haven't noticed any change quite yet but it could be too early still?? The pill is extremely large so if you have issues swallowing large pills, this is not the one for you. I'm going to continue taking to see if I notice any difference. Otherwise, the value compares to other brands is great. Will continue to take to see what it does for me.

    Keeps me calm and rested

    These things are huge! However, they do help me get to sleep and sleep more soundly. They do wash down pretty easily with a gulp of water. These are magnesium glycinate, which unlike other forms don't cause stomach aches, so you can take these with or without food. I've found myself falling asleep much faster and waking up feeling more rested and calm throughout the day. Docking one star for the beef gelatin and size.
