I was actually looking for a solution of 1% Hydrocortisone. I use this for areas like ear lobes where I do not want any oils to get in my ears. No joy here. However, I find it works better in some places than Hydrocortisone Creams or Ointments. It blends into the skin, just like hand cream does. It does relieve the symptoms that Hydrocortisone is used for. There are about a dozen moisturizers listed on the package label of this product. Keep the cardboard box, for little is written on the tube.0 users found this review helpful.
