Wasn't sure what to expect with these but was pleasantly surprised. I usually take melatonin so I was a little hesitant to try these but super happy I had the opportunity to! This doesn't give me crazy dreams like the melatonin does. There's so much value in that small jar! The nighttime sleep aid really helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. The best part about using the sleep aid is I did not wake up feeling tired and groggy the next morning. Better quality of sleep
Initially I tried it and couldn't tell if it worked. After a few tries I realized it kept me asleep with better quality if sleep. Unfortunately it feels like it only lasts about 4-6 hours. I still end up waking up earlier than I want. Worked great for husband
The worked great for my husband…not so much me go figure. He slept like a rock the entire night and woke up feeling great. These are small and super easy to swallow. No weird aftertaste for us. Affordable Option for the Occasional Sleepless Nig
The CVS Health Maximum Strength Nighttime Sleep Aid works really well for me when I can't fall asleep. The main ingredient is the same as the name brands, just cheaper. I usually drift off within 30-45 minutes and stay asleep most of the night. The biggest downside is that, if I don't get a full 7-to-8 hours, I wake up groggy and stay that way. I also sometimes get a dry mouth, but nothing too bad. The price is better than brand-name sleep aids, and the packaging is simple but easy to read.
