    Works just fine!

    First, the bad: This unit is cheaply made, as should be obvious from the price. Instructions for installing batteries could be better. Now the good: Once I got the batteries installed, I found that the light was adequate and I could see inside the ears very well. Definitely worth the price. HOW to install batteries: Unscrew the white barrel of the device. You will see a silver colored tube with the light bulb on the end. Grab the silver tube and pull it straight out...have to tug a bit. You will need 2 AAA batteries. Drop the batteries into white barrel with the flat/negative end down. Reassemble the unit. Squeeze and hold the metal clip to turn the light on.

    Perfect!

    I needed one of these so that we could figure out what was happening in my ear so suddenly after having cleaned. Oh, and so to the commenters who complained about not having directions. Unfold the paper in the packaging and you will find the directions.

    Medical light & scope

    There no instructions on how to use this and how to put the battery in. This my second time I bought this, and it never worked. What waste of money :-(

    Useless

    Totally useless for rectal exams actually fell apart , pieces missing & not on the floor ..
