    Uncomfortable and didn't help much

    It isn't sticky enough. It caused more discomfort having it on. It didn't really help me at all.

    The adhesive is substandard

    These discs and adhesives need to be secured with bandages. Otherwise they fall off. Buy the liquid remover instead
