Decent product

Don't try this
Took it for 8 years and was able to stop it last year. Just had to take it for 4 days again because I needed allergy testing and they told me not to take Famotidine and to take Omeprazole for those 4 days. These type of pills lower your magnesium and B12 levels, also you're more likely o break your bones, and it has other horrible side effects. Try things like DGL, papaya digestive enzymes and Doctor's Best PepzinGI, etc., do your research. There are many things you can try. Works fast
