    The 10 different strains seem to work well for me.

    I have found that varying the probiotic every other day works for me. I take physicians choice one day and this probiotic the next. Seems like it's working for me.

    Good Product .....Seems to work well

    I've been using this product off and on for several years. I wish they had it on sale more often at BOGO and it came in large quantities with additional cost saving.
