    I'm afraid it doesn't work as well as Tylenol PM.

    I was told by my urologist that melatonin and Tylenol PM were good meds to take for someone like me who has trouble falling asleep. Tylenol PM is definitely the better product, but I don't want to take it every night. So I alternate nights with melatonin.
