Do your homework! Ingredients are the same as synsodye and colgate total. Compare prices and buy the generic brand. Although still expensive, I believe it helped me somewhat. Colgate total is less expensive, same ingredients. I've always used Sensodyne, but needed a quick toothpaste to cover me for an UGG expected night day and tried this lesser priced one.
