    Would not hold a charge.

    I bought this for travel but waited too long to try it out so could not return it. It would not hold a charge. I charged it the full 14 hours and more, 3 times.

    The Cordless Water Flossing System is not good

    The power and mode buttons do not work. I replaced the item a couple of times. But it is same issue. I am so disappointing this brand.

    Terrible instructions

    I haven't used the product yet, because the instructions that came with it, has contradicting information..... which happens to be a huge pet peeve if mine. I called a customer service number and got a gentleman, that I could not understand and told me to take it back to the store for help
