I'm still unable to figure out how to use this item. I'm very disappointed in it. I remember the old ones that have Velcro with the ice pack that you could remove. Ice bag worth the money

Very nice ice bag!

Disappointing product
A disappointing product. I need to ice my lower right back and when I opened the packaging the Velcro automatically fell off the wrap. I was excited to try the ice pack in the inserted special holes for it but it did not reach around my whole torso, it fell short. I use the ice pack itself but had to get my own ace bandage to wrap around and hold it in place.
