I could feel the difference as soon as I put this on! 10 years of cheer and tumbling has left me with bad knees. It hurts to walk up the stairs or do any kind of even light exercise. I could already tell this would help as soon as I put it on. It fits well, and it is very supportive. It feels like my knee is floating on air! And now I can walk up the stairs. I was worried medium might be too big, but it was perfect. Anything smaller would have been too small. Helpful for Aging Knee
As a late 30-something my knees are not quite what they used to be. I like to stay active and keep a healthy strength routine. This brace helps me perform squats and lunges without worrying about my knee. I have had knee problems almost all my life, so I figured I have nothing to lose trying this. I actually really like it. My knee feels supported and relieved of pain. I use this all the time now. I really like the support it gives my knee. I have had knee problems for years and when I am up walking around all day long come the end of the day I'm in a lot of pain.
