    product empty

    My product was either empty or the pump would not work. I pumped and pumped and nothing would come out.

    Mechanism Broken

    I bought this product but it won't actually pump any ointment out. I opened it and there's ointment in there but no tube to bring it up to the pump.

    I can't use it

    I tried pressing several times to get the product out, but the antibiotic didn't come out at all. I'm not sure if it's empty or broken.

    difficult to use

    I was unable to get the product to flow out.The stopper was broken.I should have gotten a tube.CVS refunded my money.However,I did need to use the product and couldnt.
