    eye vitamins

    I think this is a good alternative to preservision, which is pretty pricey. I have been taking a store brand comparable to preservision, but this one contains Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc and Copper, which my store brand didn't contain. I do have to take 2 of these, compared to one of my store brand, but I think it's worth it for the extra Vitamins.

    Excellent supplement

    Upon suggestion of my eye doctor, I began taking Vision Health Supplements. The CVS Vision Health Supplements work as well as the name brand AReds2. They contain various vitamins such as C, E, Copper and Zinc, which aids in preventing macular degeneration. These is a great preventative supplement.

    I just started taking it, so I don't have anything to report yet. I am hopeful that they will help with my macular degeneration.
