This is a convenient way to take vitamin c supplements. Easy to swallow and no after taste. I take it in the morning with my breakfast and go on about my day. Immunity boost
I was slightly nervous that the vitamins would be huge but thankfully the cvs vitamin c caplets are a small size and easy to swallow. I also like that the serving size is 1 as opposed to 2+ like some other vitamins. If you're going to take a vitamin, vitamin c is a great start. combat the defense these vitamins C are the best help these days where we play with constant temperature changes in my house I give them to my parents to prevent their defenses from lowering and flu viruses from reaching them my husband also consumes it since he works outdoors and I keep their immunity high. Not a bad taste!!
So I just started taking this supplement and there's no horrible taste or after taste with it. I can't wait to see the benefits of taking this vitamin daily. Great Vit C supplement all year round!
I would not limit these high potency vitamin C supplements for the winter only during the flu season. It's easy to take once a day and is 1000mg formulation.
