I was very skeptical of these, having used every kind of press ons, polish and wraps/decals and never having one last more than a day or two. I can be really hard on nails sometimes, so it wouldn't be surprising for these to rip off the next day but OH MY GOD it's been 11 days and they are still PERFECT. I have been crafting, gardening, cleaning, cooking, even repairing metal fencing, and they look brand new. My natural nails grow fast so you can clearly see that, and just today I've had a couple hairs snag on them. This hasn't been a problem until today, and I run my hands through my hair all the time. Love these!!
I am surprise on how well they are holding up for the past few days that I've had these glaze nail strips on! I've washed multiple loads of dishes, picked chicken off the bone for a casserole, laid a porch deck and my nails still look perfect!! No chipping or peeling. B just started using Dashing Diva after watching a YouTube video that mentioned it. I'm in love. I've canceled my nail appointments and this is what I will be using now. Easy to do, last longer than I was expecting and the price is awesome. Easy to use!
I love the end result of this kit. It looks better than a professional could do, no lumps, no lifting. Took me a total of 30 minutes from nail prep to end product. I suggest doing really good prep work, push your cuticles real well and use a nipper. It’s time- great!
This was my first time with the Glaze. (I've used the Gloss for years.) there's always a learning curve with the first try, but overall I like it. I think manicure scissors are better than nail clippers for trimming the strip. They look very close to a salon gel manicure. This pink is SO pretty. The pink on the box is not the same way that it looks in person. I am now in love with this pink as it looks great on my skin tone. The strips were easy to apply BUT cannot be worn long (if your nails are short). The excess is just too soft/flimsy to wear long. Furthermore, trying to bend and flex it into the shape of a nail doesn't work well either so it's just easier to just wear them the same length as your natural nail. The LED light that comes in this kit isn't that good so I had to cure for longer than the recommended time. I have another better LED light that had fallen behind my nightstand but I got back there and got it when I realized this Dashing Diva LED wasn't that good but it does work. My nails look beautiful and I've already received compliments. I have washed dishes, played volleyball, and took a hot bubble bath and they are still holding strong. Time will tell though. They claim and boast 3 weeks. If they last that long I will be buying more for sure!!! Even if you don't have enough to do another full set later, you can mix and match colors from other kits so hold on to all of your old ones and be sure to not expose them to LED light.
