Great small meal
I was surprised with how much I enjoyed this. I usually don't go for microwaveable chicken products but when o tried this I was instantly a fan. Once paired with garlic bread makes for a quick and easy yet filled meal. 3.5 Stars. Could be Creamier
So I found this at my local family dollar. I love a good affordable quick meal. My microwave is unfortunately broken, so I had to use my oven instead. I think the oven kinda ruined my experience idk. First off, the food does NOT look as appetizing as it does on the box! It actually looks quite disgusting. Looks dry and kinda cheap. I decided to open one end and pop it back in the oven a bit longer. It was very clumpy due to the blue cheese. I love blue cheese, but I didn't like the clumpy texture it added to the meal. Wish it was more creamier and had a bit more American cheese. The flavor is really good tho. Just don't like the clumpiness. The chicken is pretty good too. Perfect amount of flavor. Not too bland and not too spicy. Just the right amount of spice. Unfortunately I didn't like the added breadcrumbs . Some pieces ended up mushy. I don't like soggy chicken. Overall it's pretty good I just wish it was more creamy and the chicken wasn't breaded. Perhaps it would taste better if it were microwaved. I get these every singe chance I get. I love this mac and cheese. The chicken is delicious and the best I've had in a frozen meal. The mac and cheese is amazing. If you like buffalo chicken and mac and cheese I highly suggest this frozen meal. This. I could eat this EVERY day. It's so easy to toss in the microwave and a couple minutes later you've got a delicious meal.
