Fell in love with this specific product in my clothes care routine . Today I used it to deep clean my carpets with my Bissel wet vacuum! Best way to deodorize and fluff and soften the carpet fibers! I mixed it with apple cider vinegar and diluted with a gallon of water. Best scent and results ever!!!!!!Try it yourself ! No harsh chemicals. Who designed/approved this bottle? You failed at the 3 most important functions of a bottle: can't easily hold it, can't measure the product, and can't easily pour it without spilling it. PLEASE redesign a bottle that actually functions and has a HANDLE, a SPOUT, and a MEASURING CUP. I love the actual liquid inside, but I literally can't get it into my machine! Sticky mess.
The bottle is hard to hold and measure. Everything it drips on winds up a sticky mess. Love it !
I was having a hard time getting my husband's work clothes really clean. I tried everything. I bought this and WOW! I am beyond impressed. The oily residue is gone. I've also just had a litter of puppies a month ago and I used it in my steam cleaner and another big WOW! The bottle is awful

Better than the regular fabric softeners
My husband goes to the gym and you know what gym clothes smell like. I have used regular fabric softeners in the past but don't like that oily residue you can feel on the clothes. So I tried this Downy Rinse and Refresh, I love it. Clothes come out clean and soft without that heavy oily feeling on them and a nice light fresh scent. Does not replace softener nor sanitizer
OK so I got stupid and purchased this rinse product after reading a glowing review because I thought it would replace a sanitizer and softener at the same time. ..a solid staple and a MUST have for my laundry routine! I use it mostly for my towel/washcloth loads and my bed linen loads..what a wonderful difference it makes!
