Burning archesReviewed 1 year agoHow long should it take to adjust to the insoles?
I have been wearing the insoles for 4 days. I have the CF 420 3/4 inch insoles. Each day has been more painful. The insole hits right at the arch and causes burning and pain when I walk. New Inserts

Not what I was hoping for
The comfort was just not there. To wide for the shoes and I have wide box toe shoes. I was hoping to this to work to avoid getting custom orthotics.
