    Hurts even more

    My bunion hurts even more after this. Also started causing knee and ankle pain. The fit is not right

    Shoe orthotics

    Finally.......!!! My foot is feeling better. I wish I would of bought the orthotics sooner. Highly recommend !

    Just what I was looking for!

    I got these inserts bc I tend to buy sneakers for aesthetics then what's good for my feet. I'm a dog walker and walk a lot of miles during the week. And these inserts offer me the comfort and support I need.

    How long should it take to adjust to the insoles?

    I have been wearing the insoles for 4 days. I have the CF 420 3/4 inch insoles. Each day has been more painful. The insole hits right at the arch and causes burning and pain when I walk. Is there a similar full length insole that is more comfortable with similar arch support?

    New Inserts

    Needed new inserts. Not sure in how long you should wear t he em before replacing. But they do offer the much needed support that I need for my very flat feet.
