Instant relief for Plantar Fasciitis
As someone who uses walking as my way to keep fit and trim (I get 20k steps a day, no excuses), I was essentially hobbled by intensely painful plantar fasciitis. I saw the commercial regarding the orthopedic inserts and was interested. I have ankle, knee and hip pain. From what I learned, all these parts are connected. All your nerves are in the bottom of your feet. I found the machine in which measures you foot pressure points, including arch and body weight management was efficient and effective in selecting the correct number for my specific feet. This process avoided having to see a medical practitioner and waiting weeks for a product to be made. Based on my specific needs a product number was provided and there was no need to cut or trim the insert. They feel fantastic and I do feel my feet ankles knees and hips are better aligned. I really appreciate the 3/4 length as they fit much better into my shoes. If necessary, I can use them in my summer scandals. I am very happy I invested approximately $50 into my self care because it may not fix all my problems but it surely helps me step through the day. I am walking on a cloud cushion.
