Hidratación
I struggle with dryness around my nose and was looking for a primer that would help. This has. Dewy Primer
I first tried the C-Bright Putty Primer when I received a sample with an order. I loved it! This primer moisturizes and brightens my normal skin. I prefer the gripping primer under dewy makeup, while C-Bright is excellent under ELF's CC foundation and other foundations that are matte or have a natural finish. Not very much like a primer for me...
I don't feel like this did much for my skin. It does feel good going on (very cool and light) but I didn't see any noticeable difference in my skin. It didn't brighten my skin or "prime" it at all. I prefer the luminous primer to this one.
