okay
This primer is an okay one but only over a good moisturizer with minimal foundation. If I put it on bare skin, it made my foundation cakey and chunky, and there was even some pilling. Love it

Disappointed - Don’t Buy This Primer
I love using e.l.f. products and bought this primer to add to my makeup routine. Unfortunately, as soon as I put on my e.l.f. Flawless Finish Foundation after the primer, it started to peel off right away. I don't have any issues when I use the foundation by itself so this seems to be a problem with the primer. I tried it twice (on separate days, if that matters) and it happened both times, causing me to have to wash off my makeup and start over. I didn't try anymore tunes after that cause frankly I don't want to waste anymore makeup lol. TLDR: Don't buy this primer. Disappointed.
I have used this primer 3 times since I wanted to give it a true chance before writing this review. I was so excited to use this primer but every time it peels and flakes off even after waiting for it to dry for more than 10 minutes. Not for me

Sticky…similar to lotion
I accidentally got the blemish control instead of tone adjusting primer (why would you put them both in green bottles is beyond me) and it does not apply smoothly as primer should , AT ALL. Makes my foundation chunky and uneven. Would give 0 stars if I could. not a good primer
it balls and flakes off very easily, even after it setting, makes the foundation patchy and just all around isn't a good primer. i do use it sometimes for foundation when my skin's espcially red to neutralize it, just don't put any product on after it0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on eyeslipsface.com
