Great feathering tool
I have very little to none when it comes to eyebrows but this has helped give me the arches most people expect to see on a woman wearing makeup without looking too makeup. Waterproof Indeed!
This definitely lives up to its description, I have it neutral brown and deep brown and I tend to reach for the deep brown often. It stays in place even if you're sweating a bit. Great waterproof eyebrow pencil
The elf neutral brown eyebrow pencils are the perfect shade for me for a natural brow look that works with any hair colour, I've been using these for years and bulk buy them because they're so good. I find the normal eyebrow pencil is slightly easier to apply than the waterproof pencil, and it seems to go further as the waterproof pencil is a bit softer - so I use the normal one if I don't need my eyebrows to be waterproof but this is still a great product!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on eyeslipsface.com
