Great waterproof eyebrow pencil
The elf neutral brown eyebrow pencils are the perfect shade for me for a natural brow look that works with any hair colour, I've been using these for years and bulk buy them because they're so good. Great and Affordable Option
The Neutral Brown of this waterproof eyebrow product is top-notch...the quality is just as good as many luxury brands (I'm looking at you Anastasia!!!) My only gripe with the pencil is it's longevity in terms of the size/quantity. BLONDE!
I have used the regular formula blonde colour for a while now and LOVED IT! I really like the WATERPROOF, but the blonde isn't the same colour as the regular formula. It's a lot darker and I feel like my eyebrows are brown compared to the regular blonde. PLEASE MAKE THE WATERPROOF FORMULA IDENTICAL TO THE REGULAR FORMULA!
