    Not smudge proof

    I use these to tightline my upper waterline and within a few hours it always smudges under my eye. It's definitely misleading

    Creamy and doesn't budge

    I honestly love these eyeliners and my sister loves it to when she took one of them. She always asks for it! But getting to the review I love that it applies creamy and I can still make some changes before it dries down and stays put. I highly recommend this product!

    A Daily Go To

    Nice matte black and easy to apply. It doesn't dry out and it doesn't budge. Will keep getting this over and over again.
