    This Holds

    It's surprisingly easy to apply, and this eyeliner *stays*. Through tears and sweat, this eyeliner hasn't budged, and I'm genuinely impressed by it.

    Best starter eyeliner!

    the first eyeliner I ever used,works perfectly if you're getting into using eyeliner and need one that can move,the colour fades a little after a few hours but a quick touch up works to make sure it stays
