My child had some ear discomfort, and these drops provided quick relief. The lidocaine works well to numb the area, and I love that it’s safe for kids aged 2 and up. The 12.5 mL bottle is the perfect size for multiple uses without being wasteful. It's easy to administer, and my child didn’t mind the drops at all. Very effective medicine

Life saver!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tiny bottle has helped more than I realized that it would. Unfortunately, my oldest daughter gets multiple ear infections a year, which are often back to back. The doctor prescribed a few different types of antibiotics and told us to alternate Tylenol and motrin. That often was not enough to help her pain, especially at night. So we decided to try this for her, and I am so glad we did. It helped her almost instantly. Worked quickly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked how the packaging came with a lid and the dropper lid separately. I think it helps keep it from leaking in transit and I appreciate this little extra step. I like to try everything that I use in my kids so when I ended up with an ear ache I decided to give it a try. I worked really well and my ear ache went away, I think mine was caused by some water getting in them. It did feel wet inside my ear after the medicine but the pain went away. Perfect for parents

I received this just in the nick of time to the start of some ear pain which immediately wants the drops were placed in. It was effective. Very Effective For Kids!

I felt hesitant at first thinking its just like any other average ear drops but this one came as a surprise as it really does work tried it on myself and was pleased with the cooling effect. The consistency is just right and does not have any smell. Very easy to use as it comes with a dropper separate from the lid.
