[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ecotools core five set includes a tapered powder brush, a rounded cheek brush, diffuse shadow, brush, flat eyeliner brush and a fresh perfecting blender. This is a great starter set for anyone starting out in makeup, or adding to your existing collection. Without reading what each brush was for I got them all correct except for the rounded cheek brush. I thought it was either a highlighter, or a small powder brush for taking off powder under they eyes after baking. I don't bake and rarely wear highlighter. I was surprised it's a cheek brush. It's on the smaller size cheek brush than I'm used too. I would have preferred for the check brush to have been a bit bigger. I love the big powder brush, I easily swish it around in the powder and can quickly finish my face. The brush bristles are soft and I love that the eyeliner brush has some firmness to it. It's great for stamping black shadow down on my bottom lash line. The shorter sided angled blender is great for getting under the eye area. The longer angled side I use to put down foundation and I do like it because I get it right on my skin. Even the edge of the blender is great for the crevices around my nose. I feel like this set needed another eye brush to make it perfect. This one included is a short dense one, so it need one that's a little bigger too. So it's an almost perfect set for me. If you do less minimal makeup this set might be perfect for you. The flatliner brush is something I've never used or seen before. Brush and Blender Set

A quality set at a great value!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic set at a great price. It would be particularly good for someone just starting out with makeup or for someone wanting to try EcoTools brushes and sponges. I absolutely love this Core Five Set, but the star of the show for me is the Fresh Perfecting Blender: it's an excellent blend of soft and dense and I love the shape: the beveled side is great for blending product on the flatter parts of the face, while the squared tip is perfect for undereyes and creases. Honestly, the set is worth it just for the sponge alone! The second-best player here is the Rounded Cheek brush... I've got an ample collection of brushes, but I don't have anything shaped like this one. It's a great size, a good density, and incredibly soft. It'll last a while, and when it does finally give out, I'll repurchase. Love this set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love EcoTools products so much. The brushes in this set are so soft and work so well for each of their individual purposes. Especially the smaller face brush in this set, it's actually super versatile. Precisely lay down a powder contour, blend out blush, add some highlight, set your undereye...it really worked for so many different purposes. The sponge gets big and soft when soaked with water, and flawlessly blends any of my liquid foundations. The brushes has minimal shedding. The handles are very sturdy. The blender is very soft and the brushes are also. Great face set!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a big fluffy powder brush. This one is so soft and applies my pressed powder perfectly. The cheek brush is a little bit bigger than I'm used to but I am using it with loose blush powder this week and it leaves a nice amount of product on my cheeks. The eyeliner brush is a little bit thicker than I would like that's why I gave this 4 stars. Good Set
