This really works!
I was looking for something to get me through bad hot flashes and not sleeping. This was a game changer for me. I don't do reviews but felt the need to inform others. While it helped with my hot flashes this product has ingredients that mimics estrogen in the body, thus caused my fibroid as well as uterus lining to thicken. This was a red flag according to my GYN and caused me to have many tests to rule out any negativity. As soon as I stopped it, everything retuned to normal. I just wanted to warn others who are thinking of using this. Works Extremely Well
My hot flashes were beginning to make sleeping at night difficult. I took this in the past and stopped because the symptoms resolved. However, I started back due to flashes and it has cooled me down so I can rest through the night. I LOVE it and have already told friends about it!
