I was looking for relief from hot flashes at night. I went from having 8-10 hot flashes to two or three per night. Works well for night sweats.

Won't hurt to try it

It help some
It helped with hot flashes some reason for only 4 star noticed headaches within a few days taking them. So for now I'll deal with hotflashes over headaches and check with dr.maybe I'm not able to take them......
