It helped tremendously!
It's my third time purchasing. They help me from having night sweats and hot flashes, as long as I don't take them at the same time with certain vitamin supplements. They work good when you take them properly but I haven't notice weight loss benefits or less cravings. But I'm am very happy about not having night sweats and hot flashes. Did not work
After 40 days, so far, this did not work for me AT ALL... As a matter of fact, for some reason my hot flashes and night sweats have increased. Still hoping
Still hoping I'm on day 35 - and hoping for better results. I've taken this product 100% as instructed, and not only have I not seen any relief, my hot flashes and nightsweats have actually increased. Didn't work well for me personally
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently going through perimenopause so I was excited to try this. However, it didn't work well for me personally. I have struggled with weight gain for the last year or so and was hoping this would help to even out some of my hormones. Although it may work for others, it did not work well for myself as far as the weight aspect goes.
