If it's not lasting that long, it could be caused by excess saliva flow, very hot or very cold foods, or even changes in your bone structure. Use a dry cloth to wipe the nozzle clean, please do not use water, and if it becomes clogged, use a dry pin to re-open and try gently squeezing the tube in your hands to soften the product before applying to dentures.
