[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently learned that mushrooms are an ancient superfood and have been hooked since! Modern mushrooms are the perfect product to get the daily support your body needs. Love that this helps with energy and focus, as well as immunity and digestion. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that this has the super-7 blend (cordyceps, reishi, chaga, lion's mane, shiitake, turkey tail, and maitake). It's also gluten-free and vegan. Been using this for the last few weeks and it's been my goto for my daily mushroom/superfood intake! Could taste better but works great!

I love that it is an easy way to get energy and focus. I mainly take these supplements for immunity support. But they have other benefits as well.
