I bought this for my wife when her doctor prescribed the minimum dosage for her blood pressure medication, thinking that maybe she could wean herself off the pharmaceuticals, and amazingly she was able to! This stuff works! Lowers my blood pressure fast!
I don't understand the reviews saying this powder doesn't lower blood pressure, or that it only lowers it temporarily and then it stops working. I've seen it work on me fast when my blood pressure goes up, usually within in hour. I think, like most supplements and medications, we need to use these products as what they are - supplements. They are not miracle workers and won't fix our health issues after one dose. When my blood pressure goes up, it's usually my own fault for eating high sodium and fatty foods. If I'm regularly conscious of my sodium intake and staying away from fried and processed foods, my blood pressure remains at normal levels while taking Total Beets daily. I'm hitting 40 and the only one in my immediate and extended family that is not on high blood pressure medication. I believe Total Beets plays a big part in this. The rest is up to me and the lifestyle I choose to live. They really qork
They really do lower your BP. But I had to stop taking them. They make gall stones and make your body smell awful. When you open the bottle smell them. Did NOTHING fof my BP!
