    Total Beets

    To big of pills and hard to swallow so only been taking one a day trying to get 4 down would be hard because just doing one takes multiple times to get down ☹️. Maybe put a coating on them to make easier swallowing.

    Another supplement to add to my daily routine

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to taking these, I had read quite a few articles in relation to the benefits of beets. Whether in pill form, whole, or juice. I do have to admit that there is no way I could eat a beet, or drink their juice... With that being said, pull form is very doable! The pills are in a size that was easily swallowed. Their smooth like texture allowed them to go down the hatch without the any sticking in the back of the throat, etc.... Because I was sick a majority of the time, it was very hard for me to tell what benefits I was able to gain from taking the supplements. With that being said, I will continue taking these l, as I do feel they could be beneficial to me once I am feeling 100%. I would highly recommend these to anybody that is on the fence. I was there and was glad that I was offered the opportunity to try these! Couple the benefits of the bills along with the Force Factor name brand and it's a great combo.

    VO2 Max increased

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By using Total Beets there was a clear increase in my VO2 Max that helped me increase my FTP cycling and decrease my 5K time.

    Force Factor Total Beets

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a bottle of tablets to review. They are supposed to give you more energy and improve blood flow. I started taking them immediately, but after 3-4 weeks of taking them I don't notice a difference at all. I'll finish the bottle but I'm not sure I would recommend.

    Ok

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without tests from a doctor I can't really say how well they do what they say they do. I can say I haven't had any side effects, which I was worried about starting out - especially since you have to take 4 pills at once. My biggest issues are that you have to take 4 pills at a time and the pills are pretty big. They're hard for me to swallow. Not sure if other brands are the same, but it's too much for me to want to do every day for any length of time.

    Better Than Expected

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter swims competitively . She had been training for weeks now leading up to a swim meet this past weekend. I have always heard beet juice was a good source to open airways and get blood flowing. We tried the juice, but she couldn't tolerate the taste. When she tried these, it was the answer to our problems. She can take these no problem! Now I can't attest to her swim results being because of these pills, but they surely didn't hurt. She drops tons of time and this is just the beginning of the season. We will definitely keep using these!
