Useful and effective without useless fluff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the garden of life Digestive and Stress Care Probiotic Capsules for a month and I feel really good. I had been feeling awful at the beginning of December I had stomach cramps and pains, I was constipated and really stressed about major surgery my husband was having before Christmas, I started taking them as soon as I got them and after about a week I was having regular bowel movements and the cramping stopped.
