    It did nothing!

    It did nothing! I might as well have just put water on my hair This is my 2nd time to try Garnier and both times it did nothing! I'm going back to L'Oréal!

    Will not recommend

    I have natural red undertones in my hair, so went with #61 since it appeared to match my natural brown hair color. I haven't dyed my hair in 20 years so I was quite shocked to see my hair dyed a copperish color! Apparently someone forgot to add the Ash in this ash brown color. Sadly, after I give my hair a resting period, I will have to try using hair dye from another company and hope the copper color is covered up. Also it did not cover up my fly away greys.

    The worst hair dye I’ve ever tried in my life

    Wish I could rate this -1000. Gave me the worst copper and orange red roots and turned the rest of my hair very dark. Tried to neutralize it with a medium ash brown and the roots didn't budge at all. This absolutely destroyed my hair. Don't even know how I'm going to fix this. Please for the love of god do not get this hair dye.

    It’s not the same

    I have used #73 Honey Dip for years because it's so pretty and easy to use. This new design box has a different mixture in it, the cream is too hard. It's hard to get out and it doesn't seem to mix well or activate. My color is darker and mousier than it used to be. I don't want to but I'll have to use a different brand for my dark golden blonde hair color. Can you please go back to the original ingredients? I miss it!

    Salon Look without paying the Salon Price

    Since I've been dying my hair myself, I always use Garnier Nutrisse. I've tried other brands but Garnier has the best selection of colors especially for brunettes. The color always comes out the most natural looking. The main reason I color my hair is to cover my greys that I seem to be getting more and more lately and getting it colored at a salon can be expensive especially when you want it done right. With Garnier Nutrisse color you get the professional look without paying the salon prices.

    Disappointed this is not black cherry anymore

    So so so surprised and so very unhappy that this has changed colors. The new box did not prepare me at all for how very red my hair is now. I have used this color for over a decade now and I loved it so much. I haven't bought any other in years but now I suppose I'll have to start searching for something close unless it changes back.

    New formula is terrible!!

    I have used this color for many years. The reformulation of it is terrible. I have dark brown hair and I love the red undertones in this color. It is no longer a red undertones it turns my grey hair areas a light color and it is orange. Doesn't match the rest of my hair at all with that all being the dark brown. Looks terrible. I finally just changed colors since I can't find the old one anymore and the dark brown is just not at all as good. May have to just change all together now.

    I have been using R3 for years. It’s the best hair

    Easy to use, no over powering smell. My hair always feels wonderful when I color. My hair is short so I often need to color every 3-4 weeks due to new growth.
