New formula sucks!! Too thick
This new formula sucks!! I have used the same color for years but I am planning on changing. Way to thick and lumpy. Too thick and gelatinous to use
They changed something in their formula and now it's so thick that I had to cut the top off of the tube to get it into the bottle, it wouldn't mix properly, and I had to take the cap off of the bottle to get it out. It's a consistency akin to playdough, and getting it into my hair was insanely messy. Why did you delete my negative review?
Why did you delete my review? I posted a review months ago, but now it's gone. Your product not only turned my hair red, it caused it to die and break off in chunks. I lost about 5 inches of hair because of your product. I came back here to see if perhaps you had changed things back, and find my original review is gone. Only if you want RED
I have dark brown hair naturally. This product turned my hair red. Very disappointing. New formula is a huge disappointment
New formula is terrible, dried out my hair, color was very different. I had used the old formula for years. The new one even made my scalp break out. Great product
I purchased it and then read reviews and was skeptical but it exceeded my expectations. It wasn't too thick, I feel like if it was runnier it would get all over the place and people would complain about that. It did have a slight green appearance as it was processing, but it turned out great. It's been over 3 months since I've colored, and had A LOT of grays.. but the color did what I intended, and I got the exact color I wanted, darkest brown = brown black. Ultra cream is ULTRA CRAP… fried my hair!
You changed the formula COMPLETELY! It went from a FANTASTIC color and no damage, at all! I frequently felt my hair was looked more healthy and shiny AFTER my color than before. Years of great coverage and nice compliments -- to a brassy, cheap, ugly color that FRIED MY HAIR!!! I've been using this color, without a problem, for over 7 YEARS- I'll never use it again.
