Have been using Garnier shade 70 with success until the formula changed. It came out thick like liquid clay. Halfway through I thought the color would be a disaster but was OK since I am experienced with home hair color. Disappointed and will use Loreal Preference in the future. I don't like the new formula, I preferred the older version, I won't buy this product again, the formula is too thick and it turns green when rinsing, I don't know why. Nutrisse was recently reformulated as a thicker, non-drip cream. It is not unusual for the mixture to change color in the bottle or during application, but this is not indicative of your final color results. DO NOT BUY! HORRIBLE!
If I could give negative stars, I would. I have used this shade for years to cover my grays. YEARS. Last box I bought was the new formula. Horrible, horrible, horrible! As soon as I got a tiny bit on my forehead I noticed it looked green. I thought "that's different!". Tried to have faith that it would turn out like it always had in the past. NOPE! Green tinged hair! AWFUL! Sad to have to find a new brand. Should have left well-enough alone. Can never recommend this product again.Reply from Garnier1 week agoHi marl1! I like it, it covers all my grey easy to wash out
I use Sweet Cola 30 even though it is thicker as well as the base color of the product is different it looks great and the same. I do notice the need to mix it with my hair color professional brush a lot extra in a bowl and apply it that way. You have to mush it extra for sure to get clumps out. If you use bottle, cut the tip lower for it to come out since it is thicker. Suddenly too thick to squeeze
I have used this brand for years. The last two bottles have been too thick to squeeze out. I don't have arthritis, wrist, or hand problems, but I have to take rest breaks to get the color in my hair. Bring back the old formula!
I have been using this hair color for over 10 years. My hairdresser has told me that she couldn't do a better job on my color than this. She has even recommended the color to some of her clients. But now, I am having trouble with this product. It is very thick and hard to squeeze out of the bottle. More importantly, it does not cover the way it use to. At first I thought it was just a random issue with the box I had in the closet. But I kept Having the issue. Then, I came across an older box and colored my hair. BIG DIFFERENCE! Easy to apply and MUCH BETTER coverage!!! Please please please bring back the old formula. This one isn't working. New Formula is a FAIL
I switched to this brand a few years ago after my old brand no longer worked for my post-baby hair. I was excited to find a brand that worked. I colored my hair last night with a box of the "improved formula". Let me just say that I am beyond dissatisfied. My hair is very dry, and the color didn't lift correctly, leaving me with a very yellow and much darker shade than I have experienced the past two times I used the old formula. You did not improve anything with this formula change. I guess I am back to searching for a new brand. Vegan Formula Doesn't Cover
I've been a huge fan of Nutrisse for decades and was excited about the vegan formula but it simply does not work. It does not cover completely. It leaves spotting and it fades into a weird hue. I've continued using it in spite of the problems until I can find an alternative but truly hope your amazing team can work out the issues with this formula.Reply from Garnier2 weeks agoHello My19.
