This is way too dark. This is like garnet/black.
So, the darkest garnet is interesting. I hope within a few washes the hair dye will be on the box model for some reason this hair color turned out garnet/black. Which is NOT what I was looking for. However underneath good lighting and sun you can see jewel toned garnet. However I will not be purchasing this again and try intense red. I just thought I would get a pretty dark garnet red to get something different from my usual cherry red hair color that's intense, well I got different alright. I do hope as the days pass when I wash this I will be getting the dark garnet on the box. Because my hair looks nothing like the model. This was way too dark, more dark then I expected. However I've never seen my hair this soft before using a box dye before I give it that. Also, since this is oil based the hair dye is very runny btw. Which is no problem if you don't rush dying your hair. But in a few weeks to let my hair rest I'll try intense red. Because I want my bright intense cherry back. I really don't like this garnet/black look ha. Oh well lessoned learned that dark garnet is way too dark for me. Only need to stick to intense red, cherry reds and Rubies only ha.

Great results!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Olia is one of the home hair dyes I keep repurchasing as it has great color coverage and is easy to apply. As a person who dyes her hair every 1.5-2 months, I appreciate that this product is relatively less harsh on my hair, compared to other brands. Beautiful results
My hair felt so much better after i colored it. I used 1.0 black, just beautiful results and so so shiny. Definitely will keep buying. Thank you Garnier

Inferior product
I bought the Dark Blonde because I wanted a nice beige blonde that would cover my streaks of white hair. Not only did it not cover any of the white hair, it turned my uncolored, dark blonde/light brown hair orange-brown! I then managed to get it to an orange-gold, then to a beige-brown color. I'm still not happy with it and I will either grow it out or use another brand to dye over it. My hair stayed soft and shiny, but this dye is very weak, blotchy, and ineffective, despite the fact that I followed all instructions carefully and I saturated all my hair with it. This was my first experience with Garnier hair color and I will never trust it again.
