We have used this for our little one on a few occasions, especially when her teething hit hard, and it works like a charm! She likes the flavor and doesn't fight having to take medicine. This bottle design is so dumb. I've wasted almost 2 ml of it because you have to turn the darn thing upside-down to get it out. How am I supposed to open a syringe while keeping it perfectly aligned with the tiny hole on the top??? I got this for the clean ingredients but I won't be buying again. Dye-free, no brainer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the packaging is neat. Although, a little more color won't hurt but i guess because of the nature of the product is clean, the box has to be too, which makes sense. Onto the product itself, I did not get to use it right away when my son had a fever as we still had more tylenol left from previous purchase. But always after every shots he get from pedia visits, he immediately develops fever due to stress and efficacy of vaccines. When i first gave it to him, we all noticed right away how easily he took the medicine compared to Tylenol. That's because the suspension syrup does not have any color, maybe he thought it was just water since it was clear. And there was no strong fruity smell unlike other competitor has. The smell of the product easily imprints in your memory especially if you had a bad experience to it, so giving this to my son, he didn't assume anything and just took it which was really nice since he would usually spit the meds out if it had a strong flavor. Efficacy; it had the same efficacy rate as other brands. I had my doubts at first since growing up, i was always given the usual brands. My son did not have any side effects either. An ok substitute.

I would love to use more natural products for my kids but they also have to work great.
