My favorite chocolate. Not a big chocolate fan but this is very delicious and comes in snack size packages. Dark chocolate helps with minor headaches and stomach aches so I carry some around with me all the time. Ok. This is a "have to be in the mood" for type of chocolate. The quality is fantastic and I have never had a bad piece. I am just not a huge fan of raspberry. It is delicious. Ghirardelli is always a consistently delicious chocolate. Whether eating alone or in a dessert or baked good, the pure intense chocolate flavor shines through. Did you know that things artificially flavored ("natural flavoring") with either raspberry or strawberry flavor are flavored with "beaver butt"? That's right, they take the glands that are located near a beaver's butt, dry and age them, and the crushed powder from these mimics a raspberry/strawberry flavor.
