I love that its easy to use and gets really close without burning, nicking or cutting the skin. Hate that after the battery dies even if you replace it, it doesnt turn back on at all again I tried multiple different batteries. So it only lasts as long as its original battery. Stopped working

Stopped working after 2 uses

Stopped working
Purchased in September and used 1 time. Worked great but I didnt need it again until last week and now it wont even turn on. I changed the battery but still nothing. Died
I have had this product for maybe 6 or so months and now it will not work. This stopped working after 2 weeks of use. I tried all the tips and replaced battery, doesn't work. Stopped Working
Hi! Got this for promotional test trial. I loved it at first! After the 3rd use. It began to stop working. But after cleaning and checking the battery it would randomly work. Now it doesn't work at all. It actually got very hot when trying to turn it on, replace battery, cleaning, etc. I did it all but still doesn't work and gets hot when I try to turn it on. If there is a 2.0 that fixes these problems, I would get one!
