It's very soothing.
The size is just right, and the taste makes trying to soothe a cough, sore throat, or other irritation better to cope with. The price along with coupons really helped. With many viruses going around, it's good to have a cough drop to help eliminate some of the pain. CVS has a good variety of cough drops, and this is another excellent one. The vanilla and honey flavor isn't overwhelming, it adds to the healthy effects of the cough drop.
