Along with the shampoo of the same brand and type, this stuff is amazing for my thin hair! Love it and so glad i gave it a try. Saw a marked difference. Remember though, unless you try it for yourself, you'll never know truly how good/bad a product is in your hair, because products tend to react differently in each persons hair! Love this!
