However we understand that some consumers may have personal sensitivities and cannot tolerate a specific formulation. If you haven't done so, we do recommend you discontinue from using the product. Please know that this will be addressed with our Health and Safety team and the rest of our Head and Shoulders team. Also, regarding the greasiness you mentioned, it could be that the product wasn't thoroughly rinsed from your scalp. With your next shampoo, be sure your scalp has been fully rinsed as it could leave the hair oily. It could have also been that the product was too hydrating for your hair needs.
