Recently purchased the combo pack, after using about 8 times I'm not as happy as I had hoped. My hair doesn't feel as smooth as I had wanted. Not changing anything else, my hair doesn't respond to styling and it feels course yet limp. I'm not going to purchase again. The fragrance is pleasant but doesn't last. New formula ruined this conditioner
I used this conditioner for years because it kept my color treated hair soft and manageable, especially after bleaching it out. Once I started using the new bottle/formula I noticed my hair was thicker/frizzier and tangled. My stylist even asked what I had changed in my routine. I realized the formula had changed and there is obviously less argan oil in the new version or something else is keeping it from being absorbed. I bought pure argan oil and mixed a few drops into the conditioner before applying and that made it feel closer to the old formula. I'll use this method until my current bottles are used up, but I'll be searching for a new brand in the meantime. Great smell with a soft hair finish!
