Great for hormonal acne
I really love the pimple patches so I thought I’d try the surface patches for spots where I struggle with a lot of hormonal acne. I placed it under my chin and my neck area and it worked so well! These are definitely lifesavers for the stubborn areas with multiple pimples, way better than using tons of pimple patches in one sitting. My favorite

Totally worth it! The Hero Mighty Patch Surface Patch has become one of my go-to emergency fixes for those stubborn, larger breakouts that show up at the worst possible time. What I love most is how big the patch is—it covers clusters of pimples in one go, which is perfect for areas like my cheeks or jawline where breakouts tend to group together. It sticks really well (even overnight), doesn’t irritate my skin, and by the next morning I can literally see how much gunk it pulls out. It helps flatten bumps, calms redness, and keeps me from accidentally picking at my skin. Also, it’s super thin and comfortable—once it’s on, I pretty much forget about it. If you struggle with bigger breakout areas or want something reliable for overnight healing, this patch is definitely worth trying.
